The end of the school year is upon us. The Short Chic is about to finish her first year of school and is already looking forward to being a First Grader next year. The Short Chic loves her teacher and talks about her all the time. I know the school year provides us with several times to express our gratitude towards those who teach our children. We just celebrated Teacher Appreciation Week. If you are like me, I am always trying to find the best gift I can to show the teacher our thanks. I started making Acrylic Clip Boards this past year for holiday presents for my co-workers. They are easy to make. Relatively inexpensive. And just super cute! I secured my second Pick Your Plum grab box. It came in today's mail. Sadly, it might have been the highlight of my day. You can review my first grab box  H E R E ! This grab box had a lot more articles of clothing than before. Total I had 22 different items. Here they are: 1. A long sleeved maroon t-shirt. 2. Purple folding snack cups. 3. Neon flashing shoe laces. 4. Wooden flowers. 5. Personalized ribbon that says, "Thinking of you, Pamela." 6. Cupcake liners and picks. 7. A black short sleeve t-shirt. 8. A black beret with lace trim and cute button accents. 9. A gold necklace. 10. Metal square dangle bracelets.  11. A tan and white polka dot zippered storage container. I have been a registered "Plumster" for a few years now. Are you a "Plumster"? Pick Your Plum  is a daily deal site; for women! Sometimes they have kids clothing. Next time they have hats or scraves. Or baking supplies. Or crafting supplies. They send me an email every single day and I love to open my mail and explore what is on sale! A couple of times a year they sell grab boxes. They are the kind of system crashing, make your computer do funny things kinda sales. They are usually very limited and are on a first come first grab basis.  Pick Your Plum cleans out their warehouse and puts a ton of Plums in a box. The box is valued at $80.00 but sells for $30.00. This past week I secured my very first grab box!! It was shipped promptly and it arrived faster than fast.
